I stole the letter again to use a form letter and sent it to the Perot Museum in Dallas. I know it's probably a lost cause but thanks for the language that is more eloquent than I could come up with myself.

The Perot museum had a 30.06 sign up before and it came down. It was there one time I went and gone the next. You never know, it might happen again. I was carrying both times.

The first time I went, I didn't know about the sign and had taken the train. I wasn't about to go all the way back home to drop my pistol off. We had already paid for our tickets, so....The second time, I went to lunch with my wife and a friend of hers that was in town for the weekend. They decided on a whim after lunch to go to the museum. I thought about just waiting outside, but when we got to the door, the sign was gone.

I actually check texas3006 and it hadn't been listed yet, anyway. I'm hesitant to name the location since I believe there are anti-gun lurkers who'd use that info to call that particular restaurant. But I know of two of these that had been but are no longer posted.

Wish the 30.06 site had a place where we could post and keep track of the number and type of signs coming down.
