FBI reopening Hillary's (the witch) email investigation

Justice is ailing in America. For politic's sake, Hillary got a free ride. Now, public outcry has reopened the case.

Neither action was in the name of justice, although reopening the investigation may parallel actual fair application of law.

I wish Comey's history got more attention, and not just the money he's gotten from the Clinton Foundation.

Martha Stewart lied to federal agents and got thrown under the prison. Hillary almost certainly lied to federal agents, and the head of the FBI gave her a free ride.

In both cases, the tip of the federal lance was the same person. James Comey was the federal prosecutor who went after Martha Stewart and was then the FBI honcho who let another liar skate.

Online rumor trending is something described as an unnamed source at the FBI that says that this may be about violation of Federal laws related to record keeping in that Clinton was told that she was required to copy to State's retention server any official emails, and she didn't. If true, that angle would then bypass Obama having known about her server if they only focus on this one aspect.

That is not new evidence and there is another court case for this aspect of her scandal.

Not exactly, Hilary lied under oath tot he congress and the US people. In all her FBI interviews, she responded, "I do not recall that or this" at least 29 times.

I'm having a pessimistic day, so I think this is too little too late. Unless they immediately indict and arrest her, this will mean very little. If she wins, Comey will once again find it prudent to find "no intent" or some such nonsense, and if she loses, everyone will say "hey, her career is over, 'what difference does it make now'" and it will drag out into nothingness.

The only way for Hillary to be punished for her sins is for Trump to win, or for her to be impeached immediately upon taking office, which...well, considering the lack of spine of the Republicans in both houses, we're likely to see SMOD arrive first.

Unfortunately, I am jaded about this as well. My take on this is that in a few days we will get the ol' "Move along, nothing to see here." from the feds again. I would say that evidence of a homicide buried in those e-mails might get some traction, but honestly, I'm not sure these days.

CNN is now reporting that the emails were discovered as part of the Anthony Weiner investigation (which still probably means connected to Huma Abedin.

By next Friday the FBI will be saying "See we investigated further and we still see no reason to recommend prosecution."

They are wagging our dog...giving us hope with the intent to smash those on the fence solidly into Hillary's camp next week with another proclamation of no criminal wrong doing on her part.

To quote an infamous lying criminal, "At this point what difference does it make?"
