I carried a Combat Elite in a Rosen ARG for some time back in the 90s, before I switched to Glock in a Sparks EX and other heresy.

I carry a 5” KIMBER in a DM BULLARD dual carry iwb around 4-4-:30 area. DM BULLARD 2 mag owb leather holster. Conceals just fine and I am pretty thin.

I carry a full size Paraordnance P14, I have had my gun belt for so long I can't even remember who made it, carry my para in a don hume belt slide and my spare mag in a gould and goodrich mag holder! This is my EDC and the gun is heavy but I don't feel it's too heavy, it's certainly not uncomfortable!

I carry a P16 that I converted to 10mm. I use an IWB holster that I made myself. After carrying it for years, I hardly notice it. However, you do need a good belt.
