Alcoholism and drug addiction is a disease, just like cancer. We don't say a person who dies of cancer deserves to die because they smoke. A person who dies from addiction does not deserve it either. Narcan is a life saving drug that often gives a person the opportunity to get help in fighting their disease.

This thugs actions cannot be blamed on narcan any more than blaming the gun.
