How is everyone doing?
I am a very recent CHL holder
38 year old male
Fire Lieutenant/Paramedic
Recently bought a SR9c and have a G23
Just started shooting again as a hobby after not having guns for years.
I am glad I found this forum and am trying to learn as much as possible regarding everything pertaining to my CHL as well as technical/gun issues.
Thank you in advance.

Hello to all, just finished my CHL Course about three weeks ago. I live in Santa fe, Tx and work in Alaska working a 14/14 rotation. I have been waiting to take the course for some time and finally did it. The instructor was great and I really enjoyed the course and got a lot out of it. This forum has a lot of great information on it, and am glad to be a part of it.

Welcome to the forum, Bigdog1cr. I hope your application goes through quickly.

There are several forum members in the Santa Fe area, though I haven't seen them posting lately.

New forum member here! I've been lurking around here for 5 years and just have never registered. I know it's been 5 years because I just took my 1st renewal class! Anyway, I reside in the Sugar Land area and have really enjoyed the information I've gotten from this forum over the years. Sorry to take so long to make it "official."

I just saw the introduce yourself and Origen of your screen name today so I figured I would properly introduce myself since I've been posting a little and reading alot. I'm Danny, I'm 27 and should be recieving my plastic any day now. I'm an autobody tech and a father of a three yr old girl. I didn't grow up around guns and didn't even have a bbgun till I was 12. But was always fasinated by them. My first was a handme down that came originally from my moms great grandfather. I was slow getting started with my next few but have really gotten a pretty good collection if you ask me. My main carry is going to be a taurus mallinium pt145 pro with an ace tuckable iwb holster.

Granbury Texas,

I do allot of overseas work in the electrical field. Currently on project for a large oil company in the Majnoon Oilfield in Iraq. No longer have a CHL due to my current carrerpath. Will pick it back up when I decide enough is enough I want to work at home again.
