I sported a Coronado vest under my suit jacket w/ 2 Colt Combat Commanders in it. I would have taken only one but I had them built identical for my twin sons and wanted them both with me at my wedding.
I don't know you, but I am a black leather kind of guy so no one thought twice about it. Hell I was wearing my Ariat boots and Resistol hat too. (Yes I am a little country if you could not tell yet)

I have already learned that carrying while wearing a concealment vest is more comfortable with a pistol on each side, so the load is balanced.

The announcement wouldn't make it legal. Open carry is still illegal in Texas unless you're on property you own or control, are traveling, or are engaged in a sporting activity commonly requiring use of a handgun.
True enough, so then have it at a friend's or relative's country property. It would still be the talk of the town for years to come!
