New to CHL, some random questions

My fianceÃ© is a special ed teacher. She's a better shot than I am,

though she doesn't have as much fun with it as I do.

She just got notice that a sexual predator is roaming around her school, and she wishes more than ever that she could carry SOMETHING while teaching.

Is there a School District policy against OC spray Nitrogen?? My wife is a teacher also. I'm still trying to get her to consider a CHL.
