Unapologetic former Californian, spent more time there than anywhere else. It's not as horrible as you're led to believe.
Texas became my home due to marriage, and a want of economic stability and a place where I could more easily provide safety. California has neither of those, as nice of a place it might be.
Now that Divorce is pending, half of me wants to stay, and half of me wants to go back. If I could move the population of Texas to California, it really would be paradise there.
