I highly recommend the Beretta Nano BU9. It pockets easily, the recoil is not bad at all, it is very accurate, dependable, and fun to shoot. At present 682 flawless rounds through it. I did add Pearce Grips mag extension to it to have a place to put my little finger.

Glock 19 is the best all around carry IMO. Glock 26 is second if the 19 is too big.

I don't blame you! :thumbs2:
Thats why I "had" one. No safeties on the bang button for me!

I carry a Ruger Sr40C. The Sr9c in 9mm is the same size. For a newer model gun, I don't believe it can be beat. It does have a manual safety. Also if you choose to leave the manual safety off, it has a trigger safety, and similar to what someone above said about a Glock, it does not go bang until the trigger is pulled, so you get the best of both worlds.

I have decided on the Springfield xd sub compact, however now that the 40 & 9 are the same price and ammo only $2-4 a box, I am not sure if I am sold on the 9.
