OK here's what they told us at the instructor renewal class on Tuesday. If your shirt, blouse whatever is so tight and thin that there is no doubt that lump is a gun then that may be considered Intentional display. You might beat the rap but, you still have to take the ride.
I am typing this with a Glock 19 and two extra magazines under a Tee shirt. I wear two different sizes, 2X if I'm pocket carrying or have a cover garment 3X if I'm using the shirt as a cover. Although a 2X conceals OK a 3X gives me enough room to minimize the bumps and is better to clear the gun during the draw.

I carry in a thin canvas shoulder holster (deepconceal.com) I wear
shirts that are a size too large for me
no problem. Nobody looks twice at an ill fitting shirt.
Cowboy shirts with snaps instead of buttons are great easy access.
Also if I feel my gun comming loose I hold it in by
pressing my left arm against the gun this gives me a chance to
duck into a rest room stall and make repairs
I carry a Taurus 5 shot .357 loaded with .38 ammo

I usually carry a Springfield XDS 9mm in a a problem arises gear IWB at my 5 o'clock. I used to be worried about printing with that gun...
Then the recall happened. While awaiting my gun's return (since end of August) I've been carrying a full size .40 PX4 Storm same brand of holster. I only thought i was concerned about printing before haha.
Mostly I've found that the real problem is shirt length, not size. When bending over, the larger handle grabs your shirt and keeps it there. Bumps and bulges can be dismissed as cell phones since any decent IWB holster will keep the kydex portion below belt and out of view.

Same here - while waiting on my XDS .45 to come back home to me, I've been carrying my full size XD .45 Tactical. Crossbreed IWB, with minor wardrobe adjustments, able to conceal that with no problem. Now I'm wondering what I used to worry about with the XDS....
Bulge on my side? I have a bulge on both sides whether I'm carrying or not..

The one thing I do not see in this discussion is “what is concealed?”
GC §411.171. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter
(3) “Concealed handgun” means a handgun, the presence of which is not openly discernible to the ordinary observation of a reasonable person.
If it is discernible as a gun under ordinary observation even if it is covered, is it concealed?

It may define the term concealed but it does not define what constitutes an offense. The offense is what has been discussed at length.
