I got off the phone with their customer service today (after them not returning my calls from last week), and they are sending me UPS slip to simply mail it back for a full refund. I'm good with that outcome. I was nice on the phone and they were apologetic and accommodating. Never had to escalate it to the point of disputing the charge and all that (thankfully).
Now to go to my local sporting goods store to buy the same thing at nearly half the price they charged me
