in the hong kong supermarket. (pioneer and great southwest pkwy in grand prairie), it's called Cocina Elena. you can get all kinds of pancit... made to order! "sarap"!

Your right. Possum flavor would be more appropriate. Maybe a road kill Pancit?

Romano's Macaroni Grill, how they keep those little noodles from falling into the fire, I'll never figure out.
Cheddar's Casual Cafe, rated number one for over all value by Consumer Reports.
When you just gotta get ethnic:

Cafe' Red Onion,NW Houston, a great way to explore new flavors and cuisines. Combines South American with Carribean(plantain relleno, jerk seafood enchillada!) Great wine list to explore.
Cafe Lili, Houston Galleria area, Baba Ghanouj scooped up with fresh pita bread, Shawerma, Kafta!
