Why did the Marines just salute private citizen Obama as he exited the helicopter at Andrews? Do they salute everyone or was this a specific breach of protocol?

:iagree: President Trump gave a great speech and the one thing I kept noticing is how sincere he is. I truly believe his sincerity and this man is on a mission. A good mission. A necessary mission. Thank you President Trump. Go get em. Thank God the witch is dead, and thank God the Terrorist that has occupied OUR White House is gone.

In his speech, it was absolutely priceless to hear him say he will get rid of Islamic Radical Terrorists. YEAH. :thumbs2:
Notice how many times he said "we" instead of "I"? That's a good sign and a bit of surprise from a man with an ego such as Trump's. Makes me more hopeful.
I really didnt notice that till you mentioned it. Good point. I'm telling ya man, that speech is the absolute best I have ever heard.
Just some guy's opinion.

I agree. Why didnt he punch him? Or donkey kick him? Since he is a citizen now, would probably be worth the ride. :biggrinjester: "rlol"

But I really dont know why he would salute him.

The only time I heard him say "I" was when he said "I won't let you down"

I feel hopeful about the future of our nation for the first time in a long time. I feel vindicated. I feel proud to have done my small part in putting Trump in the white house. I feel optimistic that maybe, just maybe, so much good will be done for the American people in the next four years that we will get four more years of control. That the benefit to our nation will be so great as to discredit the liberal naysayers completely.

May God bless Donald Trump. May God bless the United States of America. :patriot:

That is my prayer, that this administration, will be so successful, that so many more Americans will be back at work, that corporations will fight to stay here, and that prosperity will be so immense, that those who are vowing to stand in the way, will become so reviled, that they will be silenced by shame. :patriot:

It must be protocol. I saw the honor guard at the entrance to the Capital giving the rifle salute to Bush, Clinton, and Carter.

Just curious, but I wonder when they stop. After midnight tonight? After he leaves the city?

Interesting trivia question, if nothing else.

Their own candidate called their actions "horrifying" since they did not fully accept the results of the election.

I hope that President Trump does so well that those who trash talk him now will vote for him in 4 years.

And now Fox is showing the protesters. So far, 90 arrests, showing many of them throwing rocks at LEO. Shameful.
