How could a prosecutor prove some sort of premeditation if something were to happen and you had to stop this guy yourself? I just completed jury duty in Harris County in March and they sent me a big fat check for six bucks. Where are ya'll getting the 20-30 dollar per day stuff?

CHL in an hour really???

There is a new gun shop in Seabrook Texas named Locked and Loaded. I haven't been in the store as of yet, but noticed a big banner they are displaying on the north side of their business. It says " CHL in One Hour $75". Has anyone else driven by and seen this? It cant be legal correct?

I'm not sure on this but I believe our instructor told us that we had 30 days to return it to the state or we could face a fine or possibly lose our license. You might want to check it out before you destroy it and throw it away.
