Re: Home Carry?

Too often home carry is impractical for me, so I opt to instead strategically place guns and other weapons around my house. I'm never more than 10 steps from a gun, never more than 3 steps from a weapon of opportunity. :smash:

Re: CO: Police blow up innocent man’s home to capture shop lifting suspect

I'm sorry, while the actions of police were over the top, police have NEVER been required to compensate people for damage incurred while doing their job unless the damage was done through gross negligence. This is exactly the kind of thing insurance is supposed to cover, and the city offered them en...

Re: Warning

What are you doing hanging around with people who are in possession of illegal fentanyl and loading it into hollow points? Did you contact the police? Please do not feel disrespected if I decline to answer your question, just remember I am a honest-good person is all I can say. Enemy intel comes fr...

Re: Taxes on Firearms

There is already a federal excise tax on firearm sales, not to mention the NFA tax, plus many firearm sales are subject to state sales tax. I don’t know if the more broad-based excise tax has been challenged on constitutional grounds, but the NFA was held not to violate the Second Amendment (at lea...

Oh...the humanity...

An officer doing the right thing despite the leftist laws trying to tie his hands. Hope they give him a job at a precinct run by honest folks.

Re: Who's going to trump rally?

I got there too late to get in so I decided to help defend the attendees against protesters. There really wasnt much going on in the way of demonstrations so I hung out with a few protesters for a bit. One of them threatened to whip me on account of my T-shirt but I had to remind this libtard that ...

Re: Who's going to trump rally?

I got a ticket so hopefully I can get in. I saw some of the "Where's Hunter?" shirts that Trump mentioned and I had an idea. So I made a shirt that says "Where's Beau?" If this is reference to Beau Biden I find nothing funny about talking about man’s loss of a child. This! ^^^ Biden is an idiot and...

Re: Check under the hood of your truck!

I had some mice set up shop under my hood earlier this year. Chewed through a cable and had a semi-costly repair. I bought a two pack of Irish Spring soap from the dollar store. I shaved the first one into all the little nooks and crannies in the engine compartment where there looked to be bedding, ...

Re: What were your political leanings at 18 years old?

I would've voted for Kennedy in 1960 but I wasn't old enough; however, when I was old enough, I voted for Barry Goldwater and have voted for every Republican since then. My parents, bless their hearts, were both children of 'The Great Depression'. They always voted for Roosevelt and his party. The ...

Re: What were your political leanings at 18 years old?

I was too uninformed about politics to understand much at 18, but I knew liberals wanted to take my guns, so I voted republican. I was on the bus to MCRD San Diego when I heard over the radio that Obama had won. Talk about bad timing.

Re: I'm Ashamed.

I know that in prior topics it was said that we have effectively been given oral notice about OC at Walmart. However, nothing was stated about Sams Club. I went to the local ((to me) Samss yesterday, saw no signs so I OC’d and not a word was said to me about it I disagree about the oral notice. The...

Re: Walmart has fallen!

Does the public announcement by WalMart to not open carry in their stores serve as notice or does that only apply when they are speaking to you directly? Otherwise, they will need to post the appropriate signage under Texas law. I am not saying I think folks should open carry if no signage. That is...
