Moving to Idaho

Post by imkopaka »

Well y'all, it's been fun living in Texas and I sure will miss it, but I was offered a well-paid position in Idaho after these 4 months of unemployment, so I'll be relocating. Anyone know of a good forum similar to this one for Idaho?

Hey, best of luck to you! I love Texas, but wouldn’t turn down an opportunity like that. :thumbs2:

Congrats to you, friend! Idaho is one of the friendly states, so I'm sure you'll fit in with the 2A community there.

I don't know if any of these meet the caliber of this site, but you might want to seek out these as starters (the last one seems, at first glance, to be the most promising):
Your best option for personal security is a lifelong commitment to avoidance, deterrence, and de-escalation.
When those fail, aim for center mass.

Congrats on the job!!

Hate to hear your leaving Texas, but as others have said Idaho is very gun friendly. Leaving Texas doesn’t mean you have to leave the forum. In fact, keeping us in the loop on your new adventures would be great! Who knows, we may all have to Texit if enough left wing liberals take over here! :tiphat: :tiphat:
