Re: Sig P320 un-commanded discharges

Short answer: he said he wouldn't trust it with a round in the chamber.

(Revision 11) explicitly states in bold: “CARRY YOUR PISTOL WITHOUT A ROUND IN THE CHAMBER”

The Sig forums ...

Re: Sig P320 un-commanded discharges

Gunsite, among others, have banned or suspended 320s on their ranges.

Gunsite Academy has always placed firearms safety as paramount.
Currently, there are significant questions being asked in our community about the operation of the SIG 320 Pistol.
After much consideration, we have decided that ...

I've tried to vote against him in primary every time.

The party itself needs to censure and grow up.

Re: US Senate Parliamentarian

When it finally makes it to the supreme court, assuming they have the gall to accept a case on the matter, all of this is going to make it very easy to show that it was regulatory in nature and not for the generation of revenue (IE what a tax must focus on legally).

We've all know it for ages, and ...

Re: CJ Grisham is at it again

I had a hearing in January this year family court at Smith County and I had to disarm and I’m a sworn Texas Peace Officer. They told me it’s not their rules but the judges. To avoid any conflict I walked backed and disarmed.

I think you made the right decision in that case, but I have ...

The problem with that whole interstate commerce thing is that the government has argued in the past (successfully) that not participating in interstate commerce effects interstate commerce so they can still regulate it. I think it had to do with farming and selling produce or a crop of some sort ...
