IWB for me, and also another guy at the office. The boss is ok with it, as he knows we both carry. He (the boss) is a good friend whom I've shot with and have had many a dinner at his house.

I don't usually tuck my shirts as the office is casual dress, but I will be looking at a Comp-Tac Shirt ...
