Does anything change if the property is leased to travis county?
Or if the Park is posted with the correct 30.06 signage? Is a county even allowed to post signage in the first place? (it would seem that they aren't...if I'm reading / understanding correctly)

Re: Pace Bend Park
I am not sure if this has been amended or changed, but it would seem that according to this opinion, the county could restrict CHL holders from carrying if the proper signage was in place.

Re: Pace Bend Park
Well to possibly confuse the issue a little more, I called the Travis county Sheriffs office in attempts to get some clarification.....spoke to a detective.
According to the detective, he sees nothing "in the books" that would allow Travis County to prohibit CHL holders from lawfully carrying in ...

Re: Austin 30.06 signs
I'll be taking a look around my neck of the woods this weekend....
I think I'll just walk along the storefronts in a few of the shopping centers and maybe hit a few business parks, and my favorite restaurant(s)
I do recall that I have a doctor in a medical type business park, off of Pond Springs ...

When I took the class, I brought a copy of the arrest record to the class, and specifically asked the instructor if I need to list this arrest and do I need to provide any information along ...
