Being relatively new to this forum,and concealed carrying in general.......Is there a thread on this site, or a listing anywhere else, that lists, by city, places that are no carry allowed with correct 30.06 sign(s).
In particular, I'm interested in the Austin Area.....northwest in particular.
I'll be scouting my general area this weekend, taking note of correctly posted businesses, and would like to add them to a list if one is already started.

I have been in the NW Austin area since 2nd grade... lo those many years ago. Live in Leander now, but work by Barton Creek Mall. So I pretty much cover the entire west side of the city every day.

I've lived in the southwest area of 620 and 183 for 35yrs.....just never needed to look for the signs until I got my CHL...
I'm going to put together a listing for the areas I frequent the most.......From Mcneil Rd. to Lakeline Mall Area, and the area around where I work.
Theres quite a few Shopping centers in this area that I frequent.....and thought maybe somebody has started a list of stores, grocery stores, restaurants, etc that I could look at or add to.

I think you will find VERY few signs about. In fact the only one I can remember off the top of my head in that rough area is Seton NW. I go to the new CP hospital for several reasons now.

I'll be taking a look around my neck of the woods this weekend....
I think I'll just walk along the storefronts in a few of the shopping centers and maybe hit a few business parks, and my favorite restaurant(s)
I do recall that I have a doctor in a medical type business park, off of Pond Springs Rd., that does have a 30.06 sign at the entrance to their office....I think I'll verify that area too.
