Cop pistol whipped with own gun

Post by mojo84 »

It can happen to anyone. It's a shame the bystanders chose to do nothing other than take pictures. Maybe they can be good witnesses. Thankfully, the cop wasn't killed.

Very unfortunate for the officer. Thankfully, they caught the guy that did it. Before reading the article I was wondering if it was something like we've been discussing recently regarding LEOs off duty or just not in uniform pulling people over and not being believed to be a real LEO. I thought that might have been a possibility, but after learning a little about this guys history of violence and about the posts on social media where they all knew he was a LEO I dismissed that probability.
I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.

This is what happens when we live in a time where every thug on the street has been given free reign by the President and the SJW's and the people we trust to keep them in their cages are the bad guys. A couple years ago, this animal would have been put down on the side of the road like a rabid dog and the LEO would have gotten a medal for doing it. Now, the animal is a folk hero and the LEO is a punchline.

It's going to get a lot worse, I fear.

:iagree: LEO are seen as bad guys now and scum like this guy are heroes. Too bad that animal didnt get some lead poisoning. Good thing the officer gets to keep his job. He probably would have been forced to move to another city had he used his pistol to defend himself from this particular individual.

Moved to another city if he was lucky. That's after his politically motivated Chief throws him under the bus, the "Black Lives Matter" crowd marches on everything they can, the press destroys his character and then Justice climbs into his rectum with a microscope.

Latest example: the rookie that popped the yahoo stomping cars in the dealership at 1am. I don't care if you're unarmed or not (always discovered after the fact), if you act like that and ignore commands then you may need a terminal lesson in social manners.
