All a photo proves is that there was not sign when the picture was taken as stated above. I don't know if that is really proof. Do you think someone is going to come behind you and post signs after you come in?

Some yahoo could remove the sign and take pictures also.

Firewheel Mall in Garland is owned by Simon, but it is an "open air mall", meaning you walk from store to store outside and each store has their own front doors. AMC Theater, Eyemasters and Kay Jewelers are 3 that can think of off the top of my head. Razzoo's and the Flying Fish are the only places I frequent there, and are not posted, so I'm not concerned...yet.

Mel, I said the same thing when they built it. It's not a mall, but a shopping center.

I personally do not. While a photograph of an sign-free entrance may aid in your defense at trial it presumes the premise that 30.06 requires that a sign must be posted at an entrance. For a discussion of this go to this thread...

I have photographed non-compliant signs occasionally.
