All a photo proves is that there was not sign when the picture was taken as stated above. I don't know if that is really proof. Do you think someone is going to come behind you and post signs after you come in?
Some yahoo could remove the sign and take pictures also.

I've never seen a 30.06 sign in any Firewheel store. I bet the AMC has one, but I dont go there.txglock21 wrote:Firewheel Mall in Garland is owned by Simon, but it is an "open air mall", meaning you walk from store to store outside and each store has their own front doors. Overall the mall is not posted, but some of the stores or shops are. As an aside, the open air concept is not a very good idea in Texas in the summer or winter in my opinion, but they are always crowded, so what do I know?

Before "Malls" were invented, these were called "strip shopping centers".txglock21 wrote:Firewheel Mall in Garland is owned by Simon, but it is an "open air mall", meaning you walk from store to store outside and each store has their own front doors. I pass by there twice a day, once it cools off I may go out there to take another look but I can't recall any of the stores there posting. I haven't been to that rathole that AMC passes off as a theater in years, so I can't say if its posted but it wouldn't surprise me.Bruin98 wrote:I've never seen a 30.06 sign in any Firewheel store. AMC Theater, Eyemasters and Kay Jewelers are 3 that can think of off the top of my head. Razzoo's and the Flying Fish are the only places I frequent there, and are not posted, so I'm not concerned...yet.Taypo wrote:I pass by there twice a day, once it cools off I may go out there to take another look but I can't recall any of the stores there posting. I personally do not. While a photograph of an sign-free entrance may aid in your defense at trial it presumes the premise that 30.06 requires that a sign must be posted at an entrance. For a discussion of this go to this thread...

I have photographed non-compliant signs occasionally.

This all seems like a waste of time and energy to me.
