The k31 is the most accurate military rifle ever issued to general infantry - I have only had a dozen or so, and the WORST of them shot under MOA.
I don't know Shadowboxer, but I know those rifles - If I hadn't just made a major change living situation, I would be on the highway to pick them up.
Also - new production ammo is available from PRVI - loaded in excellent quality brass. They use a standard .308 bullet, are very easy to load for, dies are also readily available.
I'm no expert on the rifles either but looking at the photo I can see the center rifle is different than the other two. The groove in the stock is longer and farther forward.
It's fine if you disagree. I can't force you to be correct.

A pistol without a round chambered is an expensive paper weight.
I'm thinking. Do you have any 7.5mm ammo to go with the K31's?

Shadowboxer, please reply when you see this. Whether you have any ammo you're willing to sell with the rifles or not, I'm still really interested in one of the K31's. Just from the pictures alone, I like the top one with the slightly darker stock, but would like to see both of them.

Correct. As listed there are two different kinds of rifles for sale.

Nice meeting and doing business with you today Shadowboxer. I wish it would have been under better circumstances. Hoping for the best for you and your family.
