Theis M&P 9/40c Holster, M&P 9/40/45 XS Big Dots

New in package, purchased earlier this year M&P 9/40/45 XS Big Dots - I've decided to stick with stock sights for now.

Theis IWB Hybrid horsehide holster for M&P 9/40c - I used this for ~6 months before I started going AWIB last winter. I tried to use this thing the other day and it just isn't my preferred method to carry anymore. It's a great holster and very comfy as far as behind the hip goes. It has plastic clips installed, but I'm pretty sure I have a set of metal clips that I'll throw in (assuming I can find them). I added some moleskin to the area where the clips contact the leather which has basically eliminated the squeak that these are known for. I'm not a leather craftsman so it looks a bit rough, but I cut away some of the leather to allow for a full combat grip.
