Regents, legislature have final say over campus carry

I guarantee you OCT can be blamed for the majority of this. All of the states with OC already and how it was a non event when they initially passed it. With OCTs outrageous events it already has been an issue for all of us.

Majority of people would not have even known there was a bill that passed and by the time they did they would have to accept it as law and slim chance of them organizing against it.
