How long to issue a new LTC?

Post by switch »

Got a call from a student that applied in July and has not heard anything from DPS. He has emailed a couple of times w/no response. Has tried to call but the 20+ minute hold times discouraged him.

Anyone have any other solutions/recommendations?

:headscratch - The phone number is almost instant feedback - yes 20 minutes on hold sucks, but they must not want to know that bad. Just my .02¢

Most of my students are reporting 3-4 weeks. One reported 14 days exactly.

They should call between 7am-9am, Tues-Fri. or 3pm-7pm, Wed-Fri.
