There is a $30 Mail in Rebate from Simmons. The rebate offer specifies the original retail price has to be over 49.95.

Notice the two rebates. Dick's is offering a $10 rebate in addition to the $30 from Simmons. Well they both specify needing a UPC code. I went to Dick's tonight, and lucked out with 2 great customer service agents, one of whom had already talked to the rebate people and confirmed its valid for both. You send both rebate forms, the receipt, and the upc code to the Dick's offer (which differs only by Addressee and Department) address, then it will be forwarded on to the other address.
Turns out this information is also printed on the rebate receipts given at the cash register
So, after the rebate cards come, it will be around $15 spent after taxes. Yes, it's a cheap (quality) scope. But for the price, I couldn't pass taking a chance on it.
