how can I find out if I am revoked/suspended from having my chl?

Did you surrender your CHL when you were arrested?

DPS will send you a letter giving you X amount of days to turn in your license. if you don't voluntarily turn in your license, then it becomes suspended.
It is my understanding that the prosecutor needs to request your license be suspended to DPS, so it may take a few weeks.
