2016 LTC course material?

Anyone hearing anything about the new course material, revised forms, student test, etc?
At this point it would be a nice Christmas present but I'm getting more nervous by the day as I have a couple of classes scheduled for January.

They say "by the 1st". Likely means 31 Dec.

I wouldn't sweat it. I'm anticipating that there will be only minor changes to the overall course outline, such as the addition of the material on the 'Retention Holsters' PDF, & inclusion of OC do's & don't s. If you're worried about a time crunch between release and an early Jan class, I'd suggest incorporating the retention & OC changes into your current slideshow or presentation, then fine tune when they post the updates. (The Retention Holster PDF is already posted, & the OC statutes you can glean from the 'New Legislation' tab on the DPS' website.)

Either way, the deadline is approaching & there's only so many work days between Christmas & New Years so it aught to be soon.

Yep... I've already started modifying my slide deck but hoping there are no delays getting the new test and CHL-100 forms out.
