(Dumb question yeah) bigger question: when the clock hits 12:00 midnight and everybody throws balloons and screams HAPPY NEW YEAR, will y'all be shedding your coats and jackets in celebration to openly reveal your guns that, as of that time, are now legal to be openly seen and carried?
I have been a friend of Bill's since 1987. If we go to a party, it will be at the home of someone who agrees with open carry.

I watched the House and Senate votes. I'll watch the clock tick down to 1/1/16, too. ;-)

For me, OC is not a fad. As I have since receiving my CHL in 2013, I will continue to carry openly where I can, conceal as the situation dictates, and disarm only if I must.

Hey y'all, not all celebrations of new years are drunken parties where everybody is crazy, drunk, irresponsible and perverted (I know that's what's makes the news)

I was just curious as this would make an interesting celebration. I'm actually not sure if I'm going to be in Texas or Louisiana for New Years. And I personally am not flippant about pen carry here or there
