Is it a compliant sign if the Spanish language piece is not posted in a "conspicuous manner" or whatever the phrase is?

My non-legal opinion is that this is NOT a compliant sign. Of course I certainly would not walk past that sign open-carrying. You would surely be asking for trouble. Just cover up and keep moving.

Trader Joe's on Lower Greenville in Dallas is 30.07. It's not 30.06. ThesSign looks enforceable.

Yep, even if the sign is not enforceable, as soon as you take 5 steps in, you will probably get verbal 30.07 notice that is enforceable as a Class A, may even be liable if any of the treehuggers have a coronary when they see your gun. Yeah, I have been there, I am lucky my gas guzzling truck is not vandalized while I am inside.

It doesn't rise to a Class A unless you refuse to leave AFTER being verbally notified. Sure it's dumb to open carry past ANY 30.07 sign, legal or not, but it's not a Class A anymore unless you do something REALLY dumb like a guy in another thread proposed, and that's going back after getting a verbal notification.
