Walmart's policy has always been to follow local laws. Wondering if we have a drive-by signing here? Has anyone mentioned it to the manager?

Or maybe someone engaged in a debate with their employee when they asked to see CHL/LTC with OC...?
Re: Walmart Neighborhood Market Posts 30.07
This from one of the comments isn't actually true. The email sent to Wall Mart implies that they can't restrict open or concealed. State Law does grant Wall Mart the ability to restrict LTC. And they aren't prohibiting handguns, just restricting the type of carry. I go to Wall Mart when my wife forces me to and I don't care if they prohibit OC. As long as they don't throw in CC. Wall Mart parking lots are not the safest of places and I don't want to disarm. If we are going to chastise businesses for posting, we need to have our facts straight.""Your market store at 2121 N. Collins Street in Arlington has taken it upon themselves to violate company policy by posting 30.07 (no open carry of handgun) sign near you entrance. This violates your policy of abiding by State Law which in Texas means that any license holder can carry a concealed or openly carried handgun in Walmart stores. This store's new posted prohibition of handguns has already been widely disseminated in the Texas CHL permit holder community. You've got a manager taking upon themselves to make corporate policy. Thought you would want to know."
If you're standing still, you're loosing.
