Walmart's policy has always been to follow local laws. Wondering if we have a drive-by signing here? Has anyone mentioned it to the manager?

This from one of the comments isn't actually true. The email sent to Wall Mart implies that they can't restrict open or concealed. State Law does grant Wall Mart the ability to restrict LTC. And they aren't prohibiting handguns, just restricting the type of carry. I go to Wall Mart when my wife forces me to and I don't care if they prohibit OC. As long as they don't throw in CC. Wall Mart parking lots are not the safest of places and I don't want to disarm. If we are going to chastise businesses for posting, we need to have our facts straight.
