New forms CHL-85 and CHL-86 (Revised12/2015) are available to be downloaded from the DPS web site.

I noticed that the new book is also on the downloadable forms is now there. They didnt wait tik may like the did last time,, Ugh I just printed 50 last week. :banghead: :banghead:
