Need some help on getting illegal 30.06 signs down

Ok, so I live in the small town of lockhart tx. THey have one of the historic "court" houses in the center of downtown. It hasn't held a court in probably 50 years. The actual court room got moved at some point across the street, and last year it got moved to the other side of town. Anyways, now it houses random offices, vehicle registration, etc. I went in today to renew my registration and inside they are posted 30.06 in the hallway. Seeing as how this isn't a court room, the sign needs to go. I know charles had posted about this before but I couldn't find it. Who would I need to send a complaint to? I looked at the county website but there is no option to email them, and I have no clue who's in charge of running that building. Also, I have seen in the past where people just dropped off a copy of the law and they read it and took the signs down when they realized they could be find. I'm also having trouble locating the full copy of that law. I've seen the relevant passage quoted 30 places, but not the full text. If I want to dispute this, could someone point me in the right direction as to what copies of which laws I need to give them, and then if they don't comply how to proceed from there? Thanks.
