I have done that and it hasn't changed. I guess I could keep asking. I just think the TABC doesn't really care either... Having worked in the hotel business, there were a couple of places I worked where the bar was a separate business with a lease for the bar area. In most cases like this the drinks on premise are restricted to the bar area.
