Post oak mall college station

Post by minytrker »

They have a 3006 sign on main entrance that's not legal but then once you enter on the wall they have 06 & 07 signs that appear legal then about 10 feet inside the mall they have 06 & 07 signs that appear legal on a stand. Aren't the signs supposed to be on the entrance so you can see them before entering? Why have not legal sign on door but then legal signs inside?

Welcome to the forum.

First off, you'll find a lot of info on this posting at the Texas3006 website.

30.06 needs to be posted conspicuously. It need not be at every entrance. Once you've seen it, you've been notified.

30.07 should be posted at each entrance.

And finally...(I'm not going to mince words with you, but others here will, so I'll give you the heads up)...describing the sign as 'illegal' isn't really accurate. It is not illegal to post it. Unenforceable is a more appropriate term.

Again, welcome to the forum, and I hope you enjoy it here as much as I do! There are many learned individuals here, with tons of good info.
