Edit - I'm not sure why the URL isn't hyperlinked. Perhaps a moderator can fix it. The story should be easy to find.

Moreover as per VP Biden there is not enough time to charge anyone some or most of those who lie on the Federal Form when buying a firearm. So, why ask those questions and who is checking the veracity of the answers?

I think it is hilarious the left keeps, wanting to increase the amount of info reported to NICS but they can't admit the system is broken. How screwed up is is going to be when they have doctors reports that no one understands, with no parameters to determine if a person should be disqualified? :confused5

Every time I fill out a background check there is a warning that I could be charged with perjury if I have made any false statements why are those people not prosecuted??

You're assuming the left actually wants to take guns away from criminals and take criminals off the street. Less crime involving guns damages their agenda of disarming and castrating the law abiding citizen.

Yeah I fully understand their agenda they hate the whole idea of an armed law abiding public. They want everyone to "need" the government to protect them and be willing to sacrifice freedom for more restrictions to feel safe. They know they can't disarm criminals through passing gun laws and they are unwilling to enforce laws on the books to put away criminals so the only ones left to go after are the law abiding
