I'd like to also reiterate that the ability to submit entries and photos will come in Version 2.0. We still have a lot of nerdy server work to do to support this, so hang tight!!
Also thanks to all of our Beta Testers! Your feedback was invaluable!

Russell, I just downloaded the app to my Galaxy S5. It works great. Thanks for all the "nerdy server work".

Just a little curious. When the app first loads, it automatically locates me and I can see all the locations around my area. When I go to search, I type in, lets say HEB, and it filters only that store. However, when I click the <-- arrow, or the "X", or hit the back button on my phone, it clears the search bar from the screen but does not un-filter the search results. All I see are HEB locations. I have to go through settings and hit "Refresh Data" to get all the locations back up.
Is this intended or is it suppose to un-filter the search results? Looks like data refresh is somewhat equivalent to closing the app and re-opening it so it would utilize the battery more by grabbing a fresh location.
Also, any idea on how the app effects battery life in regards to proximity notifications being turned on?

A feature you can do:
*** Send a pre-set email to the business stating, I, ....., was trying to do business with .... I saw your 30.06 and/or 30.07 and I had to leave.... I may not come back due to the fact I am not welcomed unless I disarm....
1) Pro: Businesses would know that they are losing customers
2) Con: This option can be abused.

Another con I see is the challenge of obtaining the email addresses for the email. How do you recommend doing that?

I'm on a Galaxy S4 GPE with the latest version of the app (1.0). This isn't a bug so much as a usability issue...
I live in Plano. When I first open the app, it's zoomed in to my location and displays about 10 pins. If I do a search (eg. for "central"), the map zooms out to cover about half of the metro area. Initially, it shows all the pins in that area; then it slowly removes those that don't match my search. This bugs me for two reasons. First, it zooms out without me telling it to. Second, it creates a performance issue because it takes so long to display all the pins, then even longer to remove the one that don't match my search.
I was also seeing an issue where the app would still create notifications even after I turned that setting off. That was with the beta 3; I'll see if still happens now that I've upgraded to 1.0.
Overall, though, this is a great app! I love the ability to view and search directly on the map.

Looks great installed on my Galaxy S6.
How do you explain a dog named Sauer without first telling the story of a Puppy named Sig?

The beta worked great for me. Though I hated getting all the dinging notifications of posted places as I drove by.
