Hello all,
I've been looking for this information everywhere but can't find a definitive answer and was directed here. Hopefully someone can answer my question.
I was arrested in August of 2010 for Poss. of Marijuana < 2 oz (I know, I know but I was 18 and just graduated high school; dumb kid stupid mistake). This is the disposition date according to my records. The disposed of date says January of 2011, which is the date I was assigned to deferred adjudication. I completed my adjudication in July of 2011. My question is which of these dates does the 5 year wait for the application begin?
Thanks for any info and help.

Re: CHL Disqualification question
It's your disposition date which would be the very last one, when you're finally all done with everything.

Are you sure? Not questioning your response but I happened upon something the admin had posted:
It's confusing so I just want to be sure about the date before I start with the process.Charles L. "COURT STATUS B" COURT DISPOSITION DATE 12/26/2007. Any idea why theres two dates?

Re: CHL Disqualification question
The 5 year disqualification period begins on the date your plea deal was approved by the Judge. There should be an order signed by the Judge.
