What number are you guys calling to get through? I've called about a dozen times and all I get is the "Due to high call volume" reply.

You have to just keep at it. As soon as it picks up hit 1. Rinse and repeat until you get put in the que. It can take awhile and then be prepared to be on hold for at least half an hour.
