Fooled by a 30.07 Sign

Post by RoyGBiv »

Was on my way to a meeting yesterday, at an office building I had never visited before. I did a drive-by on the front door and saw a properly sized, correct-looking-from-a-distance no guns sign. Bummer. So I locked up my gun in the car safe in the parking lot. When I walked up to the front door, I saw it was a 30.07 sign.

Lesson 1: Get better glasses.
Lesson 2: READ the sign!

Yes... I did walk back to the car immediately.
