My point is that you have committed a violation in both cases and the prosecution at trial for either or both depends on your willingness to accept the citation for the class C or plead guilty for the class A.

I guess it's the same thing.

I suppose in some groups the common parlance could be the same, but "guilty" is a verdict rendered by a court, whether judge or jury, based on properly admitted and admissible evidence proving each and every element of the charged offense beyond a reasonable doubt..... IOW, a conviction.

The most prominent example might be OJ Simpson. Many believe he committed the acts, but he wasn't "guilty."
Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.
