No too many places right around Nasa. Best place that is close would be the Texas City Municipal Range. Only problem is that it is outdoors and right now, outdoors is not too friendly. You can't beat the guys down there nor the range for a city owned place. If you can stand the heat, it's worth the little drive. Basically, just go south on Hwy 146 and take a left on Palmer Hwy. Go til you hit the park (dead end) and turn left again. Follow the signs and stay to your right when it curves to the left. Down on you left about 1 1/2 miles.

I'll second the TC range. What a super nice facility. I'd go there much more iffin it was such a long drive for me. I am not familiar with other ranges in the area.

The Texas City range is closed Monday, August 20, to Thursday, August 23. It's open the next three days, Friday-Sunday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

PSC is not far from NASA, but I'm not a member there.
