WTS: a few sets of Ahrends and Mil-tac 1911 grips DFW, TX

Post by HighVelocity »

I have several very nice sets of grips for the Govt size 1911 pistol. Here they are in no particular order.

1) Kim Ahrends Macassar Ebony double diamond/checkered, ambi cut and in great shape. A few small marks near one of the screw holes that are shown in picture. Otherwise, perfect. $35 shipped

2) Kim Ahrends thin coco bolo grips, ambi cut (unusual for thin profile grips). Like new with original packaging too. $35 shipped. slim screws/bushings not included.

3) Kim Ahrends Rosewood Laminate. Magwell and Ambi cut. Excellent condition. $30 shipped

4) Fusion Firearms coco bolo grips with awesome grain. Magwell and ambi cut. Like new $35 shipped

5) Mil-Tac G10 grips. Black, Diagonal cut, magwell, non-ambi. Perfect. $55 shipped.

The only trades that would interest me are high-end grips for an officers sized frame (G10, Micarta, etc) or a set of Desert Tan Mil-tac or Gunner grips for a full sized frame. Davidson and carbon creations grips welcome too.

Thanks

By "ambi cut," do you mean the right grip is inletted near the top?

If so, I'll take #1, the "Macassar Ebony double diamond/checkered" grips.

Ambi Cut means that grip on the right side has been cut for the ambidextrous saftey (the lefty).

#4 is sold.

The Ahrends thin cocobolo grips are the only ones left.

That last set sounds interesting, but I can't get the pics to show up.
Maybe it's this brand new Foxfire update...

I changed ISP's and all the pics I had uploaded to my old ISPA are now broken links. I can send the pic via email if interested.

Thanks
