I'm not going to mention names here, but someone on the board is helping out my wife in getting her LTC and I am very appreciative. My wife has been a victim of crime twice, one time being robbed at gunpoint. It has been a long time convincing her to get her LTC and although she is not where she needs to be (as far as being fully prepared to carry every day) this brings her one step closer.
In appreciation I am giving away 4 one year NRA memberships to the first four people to PM me. It may be hard to find four people here that are not NRA members, if that becomes an issue I may just give current members 1 more year on their membership or go to family members- we'll see how it turns out and I will let you know.
It is becoming more and more important that we join together in the fight for our 2A rights and the outcome of this election has ramifications for the rest of my life and the NRA is fighting for us. It is a fight that none of us want to lose and the more of us that join together the better off we will be. NRA membership benefits far outweigh the yearly cost - the firearms insurance alone is worth the yearly membership cost. I appreciate the offer. But must decline. I believe in gun rights, and I support the NRA. But I personally am not a fan of paying to keep my constitutional right to bear arms....To anybody.

I would agree but unfortunately it is a necessity today. The libs are pouring millions into taking our rights away, if we stand back and do nothing we will lose them.

Besides. The problems in Washington go far beyond the threat of losing our 2nd Amendment rights. Its all scary to me.

Yes but the problems are not going to be fixed by standing by and doing nothing and they will not fix themselves. It's ultimately your choice though to do what you feel is right.
