.nih.gov/health/topics/bipolar-disorder/index.shtml All diagnosed as bi polar disorder. By the way my father was a PRACTCING Clinical Psychologist before his death, my wife is a a Psychologist with a Ph.D. you teaches Neuro Anatomy and Neuro Physiology at a graduate level so nanny nanny boo boo

Then go talk to to your wife. Maybe she'll explain diagnostic coding to you. You can code as ANY of the disorders under the bipolar category but there is no code for just Bipolar; your options are as RiverCity.45 posted:

But the wording of the statute was Condition of or relating to...
