What kind of firearm is this

I got this gun for 10$ at a pawn shop today its missing alot of pieces i was just wondering if anyone knew what type of firearm this is :confused5

More information would help. First guess is starter pistol. Markings, caliber, rim or center fire? If the barrel has rifling, not a starter pistol.

I took it to a local gun shop and the guy said its a english made 32 cal the firearm has no markings or serial #

It would make an interesting piece if you could reblue it and put it in a frame. I reblued an old single shot 410 shot gun i found years ago.

If English, it would have to have a proof mark. Unless a starter gun. Have you checked the barrel for rifling? The lach of markings also is curious for a firearm.

No, it has a front sight. It is just further back from the muzzle than what you would expect.

But for the fact there is some sort of marking on the right side of the frame I'd say it's hand made. Those markings rule that out. It is extremely crudely made no matter who did the work. There were many early 20th century Saturday night special revolvers in America as well as abroad, so there's no telling where it originated. This has to be the sorriest piece of crap I've ever seen. The answer to you question ; a cheap one! :lol:
