Para Ordnance? Colt?

What do you guys think of the carry guns (Slim Hawg, Carry 9, etc.) offerings by Para Ordnance? Reliable?

Also, is Colt as good as the used to be.

Just bought my daughter a Para Carry 9, it has been 100% with about 800 rounds through it.

Been carrying this P-13 for about a dozen years now and been happy with it. Many thousands of rounds through it.

just don't open the trigger springs/pin area. heard they're a beast to get back together.

It should be required reading (IMO) before a person can graduate.

(This assumes a person can read.... of course).

Democracy in America is one of my favorites. It's a shame the French didn't understand the difference between democracy and a constitutional republic, and didn't listen to his warnings about "soft despotism" and "tyranny of the majority".

The French motto LibertÃ©, EgalitÃ©, FraternitÃ© sets up a conflict, where Nos. 2 and 3 get in the way of No.1.

I especially enjoyed de Tocqueville's description of rough-hewn American frontiersmen in hovels, who were as well read, and who could engage in discourse on the issues of the day, every bit as well as fine gentlemen in coastal cities.

I fear we've mostly lost that widespread wisdom. I do have hope for the younger generations, who seem to be rejecting the notion that they should be forced into a role in life, just by the circumstance of their birth.
