TX:Houston child mugger killed in attempted robbery

12 year old suspected robber killed. Not sure if the gun was fired by the victim or one of the other robbers as the victim also needed medical attention.

Appears he was actually 16.

His two teenage accomplices have been charged with murder. The intended victim was treated for non-gunshot injuries. Still no word on who fired the shots.
