Received email on 1-17 saying application was received. Website shows finger print under review, background under review, and LTC print t pending to this day.

Do you have a clean background? It took mine 4 months. (A couple of blemishes from long ago)
Seemed like a lifetime while I was waiting, but looking back it doesn't seem so bad.
Just be patient. DPS will let you know if they need anything else.

You're just waiting on it to be mailed out should be this week on early next week that you have license in hand.

Mine came back so fast that I didn't even get the website feedback before it was in my mail.
Of course I had had a license in either Texas or Oklahoma continuously since 1999. A total of nearly 20 years, with a spotless record going all the way back. And DPS had already ran at least two backgrounds on me in the previous 40 years.
